Returns Policy - 

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@serumide.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

    

   Refund Processing:

   Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
